This is a Great Product .I just purchased Another nebulizer kit with the Box of solutions and the two attachments.I purchase one .and it was great and on my third time unseeing it It stopped working .It was charged up all the lights and such came on but nothing.So I tried to charge it up but didn’t need it .It just stopped after about 7 or 8 months. I reached out to VocalMist and they could never find the invoice for it so Nothing came of it .I have no Idea why it was not on my invoice I had also purchased a large box of the solution and also Vocal ease Drink mix packets All my Items came in the same box at the same time and day .and the invoice showed the drink mix and solution I added to the order for the nebulizer.But on my invoice it show nothing about the nebulizer kit.Only the Box of the solution and the drinks were on the Invoice and the charge for those two items .My Invoice I guess for the Kit must have been on another invoice sheet and did not get added to the box during shipping. BUT I loved this product and bragged to my singer band singer friends .Thanks and Hope I have much better luck this time ……Virginia Orr

The gray cap will not come off of my vocal mist for me to pour the hydration formula in.

When using the mouthpiece, do you inhale the mist and breathe out through the nose? I used it a few times but it doesn’t seem to help at all.
When using the face mask, how do you do it. Inhale, exhale?
No specific instructions. I want this to work.
