When you say YES to letting us feature your content, here's exactly what you're agreeing to — plain English, no fine print.

What you're giving us permission to do

You're letting VocalMist LLC feature the specific photo or video you made and shared — in our marketing. That can include paid ads, our social media, our website, and emails. You're giving us an ongoing, worldwide permission to use it (including light editing like cropping or trimming for different ad formats), with no expiration. Just the content you approve — nothing else.

You still own everything

This isn't a sale. You keep full ownership of your content and your voice. We're simply allowed to feature it.

What you're confirming

That the content is yours, that you have the rights to everything in it — including any music and anyone else who appears in it — and that you're at least 18.

No payment (and our affiliate program is separate)

Featuring your content is a free, mutual thing — there's no payment for it. If you'd like to earn from referrals, that's our separate, optional affiliate program — it has nothing to do with this permission.
